How long does the A2P registration process take?

The A2P registration typically takes 4-5 business days. Please note that Flow Fusion cannot expedite the registration process, as it is managed by a third-party phone provider.

Why is it showing 'SMS blocked'?

There are two possible reasons:

1. You might have reached the threshold for the opt-out rate due to unsubscribed leads.

2. The error rate may have been reached, indicating carriers flagging messages as spam. This could be due to verbiage or attempts to send messages to landlines or unreachable handsets. Account reinstatement occurs at 12MN.

What is the recommended drip mode setup for my campaign?

We recommend setting the drip mode at 1 message per 3 minutes to avoid carrier flagging.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Ensure you log in through app.flowfusion.io. If needed, reset your password.

Is it important to use tags whenever we upload lists?

Yes, tags serve as identifiers and filters when uploading different lists from various markets into your Flow Fusion account.

Why are my messages not sending?

Check if the contact is under "Do Not Disturb" (DND), if the phone number is a landline, or if your account is not suspended.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, search for "Lead Connector" on the App Store or Play Store and use the same login credentials used for the web browser.

Will I be able to receive incoming calls?

Yes, you can receive calls through your web browser when logged in and through the mobile app.
